Michael

Michael brings over a decade of experience in commercial plumbing, new construction, and residential service. He earned his Master Plumbing License and Gas Fitter License through years of field work and formal training, developing a deep understanding of complex systems, code compliance, and quality installation practices. Before starting the company alongside his wife, Michael built his career working on everything from large-scale commercial projects to detailed service work, shaping the high standards the company operates under today.

Co-Founder & Designer

Jacquie

Jacquie earned her bachelor’s degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston and went on to work for 10 years as an interior designer with an architectural company. Her experience in design, planning, and client relationships became a natural foundation for co-founding the company together, where she helps shape both the look of the brand and the experience customers receive.
